After many visits to Italy we finaly found Ugo Vinaccia! An extremely professional and pleasant young many who has made this trip so easy. Meeting us at Rome and driving to Positano and back plus other excursions was so pleasurable. An excellent driver, great company and a patient Italian teacher, we couldn't rate Ugo's services highly enough.

Ugo was extremely good to us from the start, waiting 3 hours at Naples airport due to our flight being delayed. From Naples he drove our group of 4 to Sorrento keeping us entertained throughout the journey with his cheeky Italian humour. He also acted as a guide on our journey and made various recommendations to our stay. We would highly recommend this service as Ugo was friendly, efficient and mostly welcoming.

We used Leonardo travel as he had the best price and responded via e-mail very quickly and efficiently. Ugo was waiting for us at Naples airport and greeted us to his Mercedes minibus. He has excellent English and could not do enough for us. On the way to Sorrento he explained all the sites and suggested places to visit. Ugo prices are far cheaper than the organised tours at your hotels and I suggest you ask him and save money. He is a lovely man who was always on time and extremely helpful.

Ugo was very professional in the arrangements & the driving. He had a great knowledge of the area & gave us great advice. He is a thorough gentleman & a nice guy. We taught him some aussie slang that we hope doesn't get him into too much trouble.
